Research On Regional Economy Of Dongjing Lu In Jin Dynasty

The Jin Dynasty started from Northeast China,and perished the Northern Song Dynasty,swept across the Central Plains,established a Chinese north and northeast of the Central Plains dynasty.In Jin Dynasty,the northeast region's economic level developed rapidly,such as agriculture,handicraft industry and Commerce.In Jin Dynasty,Shangjing Lu became a new ruling center,Dongjing Lu had a further development on the basis of Liao Dynasty.At present there have been many papers and monographs about Jin Shangjing's economy,but the study on the economic conditions of the Dongjing Lu is less.This paper tries to study the Dongjing Lu's economy,such as agriculture,handicraft industry,business and traffic,exploring the success of the Dongjing Lu of technological progress and economic development.Economic development can not be separated from the natural environment and human environment,this paper focused on the natural environment and human environment in Dongjing Lu firstly,analysed this region's water,topography,population and ethnic factors,revealed the environmental factors in economic development of Dongjing Lu.Then expounded the condition of agriculture,handicraft industry and commerce.The Dongjing Lu inherited the production technology of Bohai Country and Liao Dynasty and undergone a new upgrade,especially had more labor force from Central plains.Agricultural production technology improved,the iron plow cattle farming technology popularized,compared with the Central Plains,the plough has little difference.Driven by adequate labor and advanced agricultural production technology,crop species were also increased.From the development of handicraft industry,relied on unique resource advantages,handicraft industry in Dongjing Lu had also been further improved.There were many salt fields,porcelain's kilns and iron ore mines in Dongjing Lu this time.As for traffic,Dongjing Lu had accessible transportation network,the core of the network is Liaoyang and Shenzhou.With the rapid development of agriculture,handicraft production technology and the extension of the transport conditions,business also developed rapidly,the main city is Liaoyang and Shenzhou.On the whole,Compared with Liao Dynasty,agriculture,handicraft industry and Commerce in Dongjing Lu had some progress.The Tok plows cattle farming more popular in Dongjing Lu,agricultural production tools had little differences between Dongjing Lu and the Central plains.The development of salt industry,ceramic industry and mining industry is more important in handicraft industry.Traffic and commercial also developed,but compared with the Central Plains region still had a big gap.
