The Use Of Verb-noun Words In Teaching Chinese As The Foreign Language

Multi-category words are complex and have a large of number,it has been valued by academia,and also the focus and difficulty of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Verb-noun words are the largest number of multi-category words,and have the highest frequency,it should be paid enough attention in teaching.According to the investigation of corpus and survey of international students,We found that in the use of verb-noun words,international students have some problems.In view of this,the paper will use verb-noun words as the main object of study,which are based on �The level of Chinese vocabulary and Chinese characters level outline� and �Fengguang hanyu�.First,define verb-noun words,explore causes of it,in accordance with the criteria proposed by Mr.Hu Mingyang for further investigation on the verb-noun words;and make full use of the corpus in HSK dynamic composition corpus,combine with questionnaire survey of international students,find problems in the study of verb-noun words from international students;then investigate the verb-noun words from �Fengguang hanyu� exhaustively,carry out discussions from number,part of speech tagging and grade,then compare with �The level of Chinese vocabulary and Chinese characters level outline�,find problems existing in the teaching and its influence;at the end,connect with problems,put forward relevant teaching suggestions,in order to improve the teaching efficiency of verb-noun words,and help international students to grasp the specific usages of verb-noun words.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter,introduction.The second chapter,define verb-noun words,and analyze its typical characteristics.The third chapter,through the corpus investigation and questionnaire survey,find the acquisition problems of verb-noun wordsThe fourth chapter,investigate the verb-noun words from �Fengguang hanyu�,and compare with �The level of Chinese vocabulary and Chinese characters level outline�.The fifth chapter,according to the problems,put forward some teaching suggestions.
