Benefit isn’t strange for all of the world.Its conception can date back to the human beings’ initial culture.Along with the all social culture development,the meaning of the benefit is more and more richer and colorful.Especially under the influence of the Chinese traditional culture,it presents another posture.Benefit is in contrast with justice which is one of the Chinese traditional.Not only Confucianism explore the dialectical relationship deeply,but also the ancient philosophers set footinit Chinese who grown up under this culture environment has a deep impact.Whether the benefit and justice is weight or not,it has been an evaluation criteria to a person’s behavior.Ancient and modern scholars who are in the moral high ground are always serving it It can be say that the sense of the benefit has become are ference point in people’s heart.My article select the college student group as the subject to study the college student who recognize the conception of the benefit under the back ground of the higher education.Based on summarizing the ancient and literature review,my research adopt the combination between qualitative research and quantitative research to analyze the benefit of the conception and structure deeplyFirstly we use an open-ended questionnaire and key words and put out 200 open-ended questionnaire’s to ask them write the key words of the benefit’s conception character.Secondly we will this questionnaire and talk about it with psychologist and post graduate.Thirdly we will confirm the initial questionnaire which consists of the 73 key words.Based on the research of the initial questionnaire,we will put out 300 initials questionnaire,using spss20.0 to analyze the item analysis and exploration analysis can eliminate the unreasonable items and confirm the formal questionnaire and dimension of the benefit.Finally,there are 23 items to confirm the formal questionnaire which contain the three dimension.Based on the precedent research,we will put out 550 formal questionnaires and using am as to analyze CFA and reliability and validity analysis can express that questionnaire’s fitting degress is good and the structure of the three dimension is reasonable and reliability and validity is very well.Then we will compare the conception of the benefit in demographic variables with difference in sex and grade.My research come to a conclusion as follows:The college student’s benefit of three dimension include value,social needs and behavior driving forceThe questionnaire of the college student’s benefit conception has a good reliability and validity and arrive a e-question of the psychomeorics.Questionnaire’s a coefficient is 0.899,each dimension’s a coefficient of the value is 0.889,each dimension’s a coefficient of the behavior driving force is 0.723,each dimension’s a coefficient of the social need is 0.650.There is no significant difference in sex.The college student’s benefit and dimension in value and behavior driving force are no significant different in the grade’s variable.However,There is a significant different in social need between one or two grade and three or four grade.There is no significant difference in professional category between a driving force values and behavior.However,There is a significant different in professional category between social need and their scores.
