Research On The New Rural Cultural Hypothesis Leading To The Socialist Core Values

Culture is the blood of the nation,which is the spiritual home of the people.The 18 th Party of the Party has focused on the perseverance and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It has put forward the "twenty-four words" of the socialist core values.It contains prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony,freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,patriotism,dedication,integrity and friendliness"This is the inheritance of the outstanding traditional culture of China and the outstanding achievements of human civilization,a spiritual bond that the nation maintains.It is a common ideological and moral foundation of the country and the core value pursuit of the broad masses of the people.Since reforming and opening up nearly 40 years,with the call of the national policy support and cultural construction,China’s rural cultural undertakings thriving,and has made some outstanding achievements.However,in some areas,cultural construction is still unable to keep up with the pace of economic development,the spiritual and cultural needs of the majority of the peasant masses are still not met,the new urban and rural dual cultural structure is taking shape,rural cultural construction needs to be further strengthened.Therefore,in the face of some common problems which lie in the construction of the new socialist countryside culture and the successful experience we has gained in the cultural construction in some areas,in this paper,I put forward the countermeasures that can lead the new rural culture construction with the socialist core values,in order to further deepen the future reflections on Rural Cultural Construction.The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the research background,the research significance,the combing domestic and foreign academic circles to this question the research achievement,elaborated the classical Marxism and the Chinese characteristic socialism culture related theory,further enriched the research Theoretical basis.The second part is the outline of the socialist core values and the construction of new rural culture.It mainly expounds the connotation and characteristics of the new rural culture,the connotation of the new rural culture construction,the connotation of the socialist core values,and the new socialist countryside Cultural construction of the dialectical relationship carried out in-depth analysis.The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of our socialist core values leading the new rural culture construction,and analyzes and combs the achievements,problems and causes of the new rural culture construction.Its achievements mainly include four points: the importance of national attention,the continuous improvement of rural cultural infrastructure,the increasing level of peasants ’spiritual and cultural level,the initial formation of rural cultural market and cultural industry;its problems include five points: some farmers’ ideas and socialism The rural cultural development and urban education development gap widening,rural infrastructure and spiritual and cultural needs are not commensurate,the rural cultural team and farmers demand asymmetry,rural intangible cultural heritage is facing difficulties;its main reasons include four points: Subjective understanding is not in place,the new rural cultural mechanism construction is not perfect,the dual system structure constraints,part of the feudal culture deeper.The fourth part puts forward the specific path of leading the construction of the new rural culture with the socialist core values.It mainly leads from three aspects,that is,leading the new rural culture construction with the socialist core values,strengthen the construction of its own system,lead the new countryside with the socialist core values Culture to strengthen their own content construction,with the socialist core values to lead the new rural culture to strengthen their own carrier.
