This thesis is aim to Analysis how the legendary novels of tang dynasty accept and develop the mystery novels of the six dynasties by the method of influence study.This thesis is decided into four chapters. The first chapter is to inspect the transmutation of novel ideas. Sort out the novel ideas' evolvement from the origin of the word "xiao shuo " to tang dynasty legends on the whole. Mainly analyzes the mystery novels of six dynasties are very serious and want to fill the deficiency of the history books and with a strong religious color while tang dynasty legends are intentional, with obvious entertainment properties.The second chapter is to analysis how tang dynasty legends accept and develop the mystery novels of the six dynasties in parent story in order to revealing the inheritance and development of the tang dynasty legends in the theme.The third chapter is aim to demonstrates how the legends of tang dynasty uptake nutrition from history books ,mystery novels and cifu in the aspects of artistic elements .This chapter expounds the legends' feature of synthesis of various styles, the characteristics in the narrative structure, narrative perspective, Narrative language and the male narrative centers in order to reflect the innovation in art of the tang legend novels.The fourth chapter is to analysis the differences in aesthetic style of the six dynasties mystery novels and the legends of tang dynasty. From the tendency of content, the mystery novels of six dynasties are relatively elegance while the legends of tang dynasty are relatively romantic; for art, the mystery novels of six dynasties are relatively brief while the legends of tang dynasty are relatively gorgeous; Six dynasties mystery can reflect the romantic features, while the legends of tang dynasty has the realistic color.
