Application Research Of Abstract Element In Modern Graphic Design

The fast developments of technology and culture make the abstract art to be accepted and understood by more people.At present,the point,lien and plane in the abstract art combine with the modern graphic design,which passes information to the public,meets the needs of mind and emotion,and strucks a chord with visual.In our side,everywhere has point,line and plane,such as the point and triangle in the clothes,the streamline modeling in the buildings,the geometric surface segmentation on product packaging,and the interior trim in the shop or restaurant,the road,green in landscape architecture etc.And book,logo,typeface and poster design is also like it.In this essay,from the produce,development and from of abstract art,I lucubrated the point,line and plane abstract element in the modern graphic design that has use and important meanings.The essay has six parts,including background and current situation,the research train of thought,content and method,result and meaning,innovative points of research.The essay discusses respectively the produce and development of modern design and abstract elements,the classification,characterisitics and application of abstract elements,the presentation,creation menthod and the aesthetic principle,the important and modem meanings,and my application in the graduation project.In this task,I combined the theorecal research of abstract elements with a great number of outstanding design case at home and abroad.And I lucubrated the elements how to apply to the modern graphic design more well.
