"Twilight· Dawn" is the winning track in the finals of new songs of Guqin ensemble,which is a part of the eighth Chinese folk songs contests in National Art Colleges in 2014.This song is a duet for Zhongruan and Guqin,composed by Xue Fang,the author de but Guqin part and set the fingering."Guqin's fingering setting(Guqin notation)"is the recor d of the playing method and the phonemes,but also a reflecting of the player's second cr eation in the notation,basically following the composer's intentions according to the compo ser's creation.As the author is the debater of the song,during the deeply discussion with co mposer,the author has her own experience in the musical performance.This article with the song "Twilight-Dawn" as the subject in the study,explore the Guqin's modern performa nce,through the analysis of notation,in the form of spectrum to illustrate.The article include three chapter.The first chapter,an analysis of the song and a reflec ting of the fingering setting in exploration of the initial performance;The second chapter,a reflecting of the fingering setting in the mid-term of the second creation;The third c hapter,the fingering comparison of finalized "Twilight· Dawn" between other modern new works.
