Exploration Of Lu Xun's Democratic Conception During His Study In Japan

This article mainly studies the ideological trend history of Lu Xun's democratic conception during his study in Japan.Lu Xun's democratic conception during his study in Japan is an important part of his early thought of “signing a person”,which mainly embedded in his key brick paper On Cultural Bias.Lu Xun's democratic conception during his study in Japan was influenced by many kinds of thinking resources: on the one hand,Lu Xun's thinking about democracy is not divorced from the discussion about democracy in China at the beginning of the twentieth century,and has similarity in some respects with Zhang Taiyan,Sun Yat-sen or Yan Fu's thought;on the other hand,Lu Xun's democratic conception during his study in Japan has a direct association with various zeitgeist in the history of western modern thought,such as western liberalism trend or western new romantic thoughts at the end of the nineteenth century.On the basis of absorbing and using a variety of thinking resources,Lu Xun formed historical context,the after three chapters mainly analyze the On Cultural Bias,to explore the thinking resources which were absorbed by Lu Xun's democratic conception,and to demonstrate the segment briefly analyses what the criticism of the parliamentary system in China at the beginning of twentieth century influenced Lu Xun's conception of democracy during his study in Japan,and what is Who as the French Liberalist.This chapter mainly takes Benjamin Constant and Alexis de Tocqueville for example,in order to analyze the conjunction between Lu Xun's thinking of majority tyranny and the French liberalist.Chapter Four: Pay Attention to a Person: Lu Xun's thinking of How to Solve the Problem of Majority Tyranny.First and foremost,this chapter elaborates Lu Xun's statement of pay attention to a person.And then,intends to analyze the similarity between Lu Xun and Nietzsche from two aspects: Nietzsche's political thought and his superman thought.Conclusion mainly summarizes the full text,and briefly illustrates some points that pending further discussion.Appendix elaborates the previous research achievements of Lu Xun's democratic conception during his study in Japan since the 1930 s to the present.
