In recent years,mindfulness-based psychological interventions has grown up in the field of sport psychology,mindfulness training methods are constantly being proposed and perfect.The current study compared three methods of mindfulness training: Mindfulness meditation,Loving-kindness meditation and Body scan.The current study adopted the N-of-1 trails design to training 12 athletes of Guangdong province for 12 weeks.The measures in this research include the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale-state version(the state MAAS),the Short Flow State Scale(SFSS),the Brunel Mood Scale-Chinese(BRUMS-C),the State Mindfulness Scale(SMS),the Rumination Questionnaire,the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ-II),the Cognitive fusion questionnaire(CFQ),the Self-compassion Scale(SCS).By Mixed liner model and visual analysis,quantitative data showed that:(1)As to Mindfulness experience,effect of different mindfulness training methods are different.And the Loving-kindness meditation works best.(2)As to Isolation,effect of different mindfulness training methods are different.And the Mindfulness meditation works best.(3)different.And the Body scan works best. |
