Research On The Construction Of Chinese Teachers In Nort Hern Vietnam Normal College

The two countries have close exchanges and cooperation in political,economic,cultural and other fields.In the past ten years,the Chinese teaching in Vietnam has shown new vigor and vitality.In the past few years,the Chinese teaching in the northern part of Vietnam has also made considerable progress and progress,the number of Chinese schools and the scale of running schools have a new breakthrough.However,compared with other parts of Vietnam,the Chinese teaching in northern Vietnam is still very backward,one of the most important reasons is the problem of teachers.In this study,the author thinks that the Vietnamese society is paying more and more attention to the Chinese language,and the number of people learning Chinese is increasing.In order to meet the growing needs of the Chinese language,more and more colleges and universities should offer Chinese courses.However,the Chinese teacher recruitment information lack of openness,quality of recruitment of teachers and schools lack the necessary qualifications and control means of quality control,schools lack of planning issues such as long-term development for Chinese teachers have become restricted into Chinese teaching personnel problem finally.Therefore,this paper argues that through the improvement of relevant policies and regulations,the innovation of vocational education management system,establish and improve the Chinese teacher recruitment channels and appointment system;the Chinese teachers'development plan,to strengthen the Chinese teachers' group construction;by creating a research atmosphere,improve the management system,and actively carry out training and competitions and other activities to improve the teachers' research consciousness and professional skills other measures to improve the protection mechanism of Chinese teaching talents.
