Emotions convey the message of communication with people and we begin to express our needs through emotion when we were in infancy.Our needs or ideas are expressed through emotions in real life,but emotions will make interpersonal vexation when our emotions are not express appropriately.Therefore,how to regulate our emotions effectively has been a topic of widespread exchange.Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy that is an individual's ability and self-confidence to adjust their emotional state.Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy is most closely related to extroversion.Extroverts are better able to regulate their emotions and deal with interpersonal problems which from emotional problems.College students are at the stage of transition from adolescence to adulthood.At this stage,they are eager to express themselves,to show their value,but their analysis of things is not comprehensive,their emotions swing easily.If they can not handle it well,their interpersonal relationship will become intense and their physical and mental health will be influenced.This study adopts questionnaire survey method and selects 523 college students in Shandong and Kaifeng as participants.This study uses SPSS20.0 to analyze the collected data and in order to explore the students of extroversion,Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy and interpersonal vexation.The results are as follows:(1)On the whole,the college students' Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy is above average average.(2)In the analysis of the demographic differences,the results show that there is a significant difference in the gender,grade and whether the only child has a significant difference in each dimension of Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy.There is no significant difference in the location of the family and whether the class leader.(3)There is a significant correlation among the three variables and there is a significant correlation between each dimension.(4)Extroversion and Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy can significantly predict the degree of interpersonal vexation and extroversion can predict Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy.(5)College students' Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the extroversion and interpersonal vexation.
