Emotion regulation self-efficacy(RESE) originated from the concept of self-efficacy theory proposed by Bandura, essentially it is a confident feeling that everyone can be formed by their own subjective assessment of the ability to regulate emotions. So far, there are a lot of studies about emotion regulation of foreign vocational students, and the research is also abundant.Currently, the theoretical study about emotion regulation of Vocational students groups in domestic is quite little. On the mainland, the psychologists for emotional regulation of self-efficacy study only focus on graduate and college students, and not related to the study of vocational students groups. This study is based on the theory of emotion regulation process model of Gross, exploring the development characteristics and influencing factors of the vocational students groups in terms of regulating the emotional self-efficacy, analyzing the differences of self-efficacy of emotion regulation differences between groups of vocational students, as well as the influence of high and low different group of subjects of self-efficacy of emotion regulation in attention bias, cognitive reappraisal, suppression of expression of three kinds of emotion regulation strategies. The study not only has been further supplemented emotion regulation efficacy theory, but also make people better manage and regulate emotions by using emotion regulation self-efficacy in practice. This study is an attempt conducted on the basis of previous research studies, with some theoretical and practical significance. In this study, firstly measured 256 vocational students used emotional regulation of self-efficacy scale, selected high and low levels 60 students of different emotion regulation vocational self-efficacy.Experiment one: experiment with point detection paradigm to explore high and low two different emotion regulation self-efficacy vocational students’ attention bias Features in attention early and late attention to emotional faces(neutral, positive, negative).Experiment too: researching emotional stroop effect of different self-efficacy emotion regulation of vocational students in cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation strategies(positive and negative) using emotional stroop paradigm.Experiment three: researching emotional stroop effect of different self-efficacy emotion regulation of vocational students under inhibit the expression of emotion regulation strategies(positive and negative) emotion regulation using emotional stroop paradigm. The results show that:(1)In the initial stage of attention, high and low self-efficacy emotion regulation group were appeared the attention bias to negative emotional faces, while did not appear attention bias to the positive emotions face.(2)In the later stages of attention, high emotion regulation self-efficacy group exists attention bias for positive emotion face however no attention to the occurrence of bias to the negative emotional faces; low self-efficacy emotion regulation group absent note bias for negative emotional faces however significant attention bias occurred to the positive emotional faces.(3)In the cognitive reappraisal strategy, three kinds of word response of high emotion regulation self-efficacy group was significantly lower than the low emotion regulation self-efficacy group.(4)The reaction of vocational students to three words at active cognitive reappraisal induced less than the reaction at the negative cognitive reappraisal induced.(5)In the expression suppression strategy, the reaction of the high emotion regulation self-efficacy group to three words less than the low emotional regulation self-efficacy group.(6)The reaction of vocational students to three words in suppressing the expression of positive emotions less than the reaction in suppressing the expression of negative emotions.
