With the continuous development of economic and society, the human production and living ways are also profoundly changing,the diversity of value orientation continuously impacting on people's traditional values, mental health and mental adjustment are aroused more and more attention from people. The strictly tension of military training,the dull everyday life,the relatively closed internal environment,all of which have a significant influence on the mental health of soldiers. The mental health status of the military directly affects the morale of the troops and the fighting capacity, so it is particularly important to research the mental health of soldiers.This study by random sampling from a test unit 13 even in 621 soldiers as the research object, " Military Occupational Stress Scale","the Chinese version of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition (AAQ-?)","the Chinese version of Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire ( CFQ)","The Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS)" "The Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS)" as a research tool, from occupational stress and psychological flexibility perspective, conducting a relatively systematic research for mental health.The study shows that:(1)Soldiers experience to a certain occupational stress, depression and anxiety level hinder than the general social groups, the low level of mental health.(2)The soldiers' occupational stress is significantly different in military service,origin,marital status, education and job, but the difference in whether one child on is no significant; The soldiers'psychological flexibility is significantly different in education and job,but there is no significantly difference among military service,origin,marital status and whether one child on; The soldiers' depression level is significantly different in education and job, but there is no significantly difference among military service,origin,marital status and whether one child on; The soldiers'anxiety level is significantly different in whether one child on, education and job, but there is no significantly difference among military service, origin and marital status.(3)The soldiers' occupational stress is significantly negative correlated with psychological flexibility; there is a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and anxiety level; the soldiers'psychological flexibility is significantly negative correlated with depression level; there's also a significant negative correlation between psychological flexibility and anxiety level.(4)Occupational stress and psychological flexibility can be used to predict depression and anxiety level.(5)Both occupational stress and psychological flexibility can affect the soldiers'depression and anxiety level, and psychological flexibility plays an intermediating role between occupational stress and psychological flexibility.
