Using statistical methods, inchulding t test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression, path analysis, to make further researche on occupational stress and mental health of manufacturing employees, examine the different categories of employees reflected in the different mental health status, and analyze the occupational stress and mental health. It will provide the necessary theoretical support for a business and relevant departments to take employee psychological assistance program. The conclusions as follows:(1) Manufacturing workers in the OSI-R scale, the professional task and the individual stress response scores were significantly higher than the norm, and personal resources were significantly lower than the norm level. Manufacturing employees in the SCL-90 scale, mental health and the various scores were significantly higher than the overall level of occupational groups. Therefore, the manufacturing occupational stress is higher than others, and the psychological health is iller.(2) Occupational stress in different categories of employee's performance characteristics:Employees in the occupational role of men and women significantly different dimensions, the performance of males scored significantly higher than women; in psychological stress reaction dimension, women scored higher than men. Male and female employees in various dimensions of mental health play no significant difference.Employees of different ages and tasks of occupational heavy task dimension, the task is not the responsibility of three sub-scores significantly different dimensions, Dimension of the individual stress response and psychological stress and physical strain in response to significantly different sub-dimensions, the specific performance of,31-45 age group is relatively heavy occupational tasks, individual stress and strain is relatively high.Employees of different ages in mental health scores are significantly different, and the 31-45 year age group in specific mental health is worse than other age groups. Segments of different length of service employees in the occupational role and task of vague, tasks, boundaries, responsibilities, work environment sub-dimensions are significantly different. Segments of different length of service employees in the business of the individual stress response and stress response, response to interpersonal stress, physical stress and strain were significantly different sub-dimensions. Segments of different length of service employees in the summarization, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic, additional items, and mental health dimension scores were significantly different. Overall, high-seniority group is relatively higher degree of occupational stress, mental health is poor.Employees of different education groups in the task too heavy, fuzzy tasks, responsibilities, work environment, self-care, social support, several sub-dimensions were significantly different. In particular:the dimension of the task too heavy, specialist degree or above and below secondary education was higher than group; fuzzy dimension in the mission, the following junior high school education was the highest; the responsibility dimension, undergraduate, specialist group was significantly higher education in secondary schools and junior high school the following groups; dimension in the work environment, education, the lower the higher the score; the dimensions of social support, specialist and undergraduate education group scored higher than secondary school and junior high school the following academic group. Different education groups, mental health scores in addition to additional items, the other dimension there was no significant difference.Employees of different marital status and the sub-dimensions of occupational tasks were significant differences in mental health scores, and summarization, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, several sub-dimensions of additional items had significant differences, after a post hoc test found in the occupational and mental health dimensions of the task, the task of married professional staff is more important, mental health is relatively worse.(4) Manufacturing workers occupational stress and mental health:Occupational role and the individual stress response and their respective sub-dimensions and dimensions of mental health were positively related to the personal resources of mental health and sub-dimensions and each dimension was a significant negative correlation.Occupational stress on mental health scores in the regression equation is:mental health score=0.240×+0.228×body of psychological stress response stress response-0.164×+0.174×task of social support, work environment fuzzy+0.094×+0.097×task too heavy+0.013 x interpersonal tensions.Occupational stress and mental health of the three factors on the specific role of the path as:occupational tasks direct effect on mental health was not significant occupational stress and strain it through the dual agency and individual resources, indirect effects of mental health, and occupational tasks can also be individual resources intermediate chain of occupational stress reaction indirect effects mental health.
