Discussion On The Transformation And Exrpression Of "Repetition" As A Language In Contemporary Art

“Repetition” as a universal natural phenomenon,the objective existence in the daily life of mankind and the natural world,whether it is natural sand into the hills,or species of breeding,life reproduction genetics,there are obvious duplication of the phenomenon,We used to “repeat”for granted.In the process of human civilization,“repetition” as a language is widely used in artistic creation,due to the economic base and ideology of the development and change,the different context of the artist “repetition” language has a different understanding and use.I believe that “repetition” as an artistic language,in the history of Western art development has three important periods: 1)manual repetition of the times.“Repetition” as a way to highlight the beauty of order,is widely used in decorative arts and crafts;2)mechanical replication era.The populist artist stripped the "repetition" from the original context and ascended into the theme of the times;3)the repetition of the digital information.The cost of copying and sticking information makes the identity between the original author and the viewer change,the definition of the author's identity is desalinated,and the active reproduction consciousness of the author of the industrial age is dissipated,and each participant becomes a “repetition”process Of a slice without knowing,while the digital information in the process of repeated,but also into the concept of time and contemporary mental state.With the development of human society and civilization,“repetition” is also constantly deconstructing and self-filling,for the human body close to the art of the body opened a window.This paper focuses on “repetition”,which involves the following aspects: 1)trying to study the application of the “repetitive” form in the traditional painting art and the development process according to the linear development context by carrying on the textual analysis of the repeated meaning.The vigorous development of industrial civilization and the invention of photographic technology make the “repetition”language develop by leaps and bounds.It is no longer a simple way of visual decoration.In the process of promoting the great transformation of art from elitism to mass appreciation,2)focuses on the “sharing”of the plural and open digital media era,and creates new connotations and uncertainties about the development of the “repetition”of contemporary art.At present,“repetition” has become one of the ways in which artists reflect on society and explore the essence of art.This paper combines the works of contemporary artists to classify and summarize the“repetition”style in different contexts.In the continuous self-deconstruction of “repetition”,we think about the development of contemporary art under the end of art,“As a metaphysical language ofthe nature of the way to explore the repetition "brought about by the revelation and the possibility.
