Old-age theme TV series refers to TV play focusing on old-age story line.It reflects the actual living conditions of the old-age by showing their daily life stories.This TV play indicates a series of social problems and causes great attention and reflection.Among many old-age story TV plays,three types are really common on TV and they are old-care story,love story and amnesiac story.These three types' stories jointly constitute the representative and unique old-age story TV play.In this paper,it made deep analysis on recent years' old-age story TV plays of our country from cultural perspective via relative theory of narratology.Then based on master of artistic creation rules,it further revealed the value connotation hidden in the story,on which it concluded aesthetic comments on the story and evaluated it.too.Old-care story is kind of theme story in old-age TV plays.It reflects the common old-care issue in real life by presenting us the real and actual living conditions of the elderly.The character in an old-care story is always in conflict with his relatives,the society or even himself.Obviously,old-care story begins in unbalanced conditions,which means old-care issues exists at the very beginning of the story while the root reason lies in economic interests.With development of the story,old-care issue becomes more intensifies with obvious and increasing conflicts among the elderly,family and society:this is the important phase for story development.As for the end of old-care story,the situation of the elderly usually gets improved;however,it is not the character's improvement.There are two main combining forms in old-care story and they are "beginning-end" continuation and covering in the middle.The framer expresses main culture discourse and elite culture discourse in the construction of old-care story.However,the framer is too obsessive in the construction of pathos discourse of old-care story in narration,which easily triggers different levels of social conflicts.Additionally,in discourse expressions,it's inevitable to expose old-care issue within family trifles instead of the social environment,which hides the secret narration in the city space.Love story is the secondary story in old-age TV plays and also the most popular story that old-age TV plays favors,which focus on reflecting the spiritual world of the elderly.Characters setting in love story are "one in strong position and one in weak position".Their love faces double tests from relatives and themselves.But finally.the elderly pass all tests and gain late-life love.However,it doesn't mean all love story ends with happiness.The tests part is the important and critical plots in love story,through which we can find that the elderly attempt to have love and kinship co-exist with each other.Therefore,the love story in old-age TV plays implies the theme of harmony.Besides,the creator hopes that young adult children can treat late-life love properly from the elderly position in the narration of winding-course love story:this expresses the theme of ethic.But the creator attempts to change our the traditional stereotyped image of the elderly in production process.However,their creative practices are separated from reality and the creators connect modern consumerism and Chinese traditional values on purpose thus to create new image of elder people to draw attentions.As a result,the original wise image faded away invisibly,which makes the elderly image thin and further deepens public rigid impression of the elderly.The creator integrates idol drama elements and deliberately makes love conflicts when narrating love story between the old-age,which drives away from reality.What's more,the creator often designs the male takes leading position in a relationship and the female partner is into passive and being controlled state,through which we can see that creator still cannot get rid of traditional thoughts constraints.These problems produces no good for old-age TV plays development.Of course,from the love story,we can find that framer created three different children images with various attitudes towards late-life love.This is to remind young generation to treat late-life love reasonably and fairly.Amnesiac story is some special plot in old-age TV play.Because of the physical particularity of the elder people,Amnesia has become a quite unique matter and topic in old-age TV plays.It mainly presents us the kinship changes between the morbid elderly and their children.It is such particularity that changed the narration angle and the real character of such stories are changed into young people.The amnesiac story mainly tells the recovery of kinship between the elderly and his children.Therefore,the basic development of whole story is moving towards good improvements.In this process,a mutual-benefit relationship is developed between the elderly and their children.Creator embody Chinese traditional culture essence into images of the elderly and the children in the narration of amnesiac story,especially the children influenced by modern society.They shows us how they express the essence of Chinese traditional culture in a modern way.Moreover,framer implies exploration for life and values more or less and attempts to guide people to treat life and death properly and how to create meaningful life within limit time in describing the morbid elderly people.However.since the elderly in TV plays lack independence,they have to rely on their children.Facing ignore and rejection from society and family members,the elderly are becoming someone else in others.Unfortunately.the framer intensified this point of view on purpose or by accident,especially in the process of parent-child relationship,which makes the image of the elderly fall into the traditional concept.As a consequence,the story seems too brutal and lack of realness.Similarly.creator might create or intensify the conflicts on purpose or deliberately in expression of kinship changes,which caused public suspect of its trueness and realness.In a word,TV plays creators should bear their responsibilities to communicate correct values and consciously integrate the essence of dominant culture into public aesthetic sense.In the cycling communication with viewers and audience,the creator shall delivery positive social influences via their TV plays.
