The "Overlapping" Of Light Rhyme: The Artistic Expression And Practice Of Exhibition Space

Although the display space design is characterized by information and atmosphere transmission and shaping,but its spatial structure and the form category exist not only between the original concepts of space.The design and convey of the exhibition space can never exist without the innovation of artistic expression.This thesis is based on the research of the artistic expression and practice of“overlapping” technique and the display space design,combing and exploring the necessity and possibility of the interaction between “form” and “space”.The contents of this paper are as follows: the first part is to sort out the knowledge of "overlapping" and the exhibition space,and to clarify the purpose and significance of the“overlapping” technique in the art design of the exhibition space.The second part analyzes the meaning of “overlapping” and the development orientation of the artistic expression in the exhibition space.Then discuss the function and characteristics of“overlapping” techniques in the exhibition space.In the third part,using my graduation design works “overlapping” as a case,starting from the performance of material,texture,color,shape and space to explore the performance and practice,as well as the orientation and thinking of the future development of exhibition space design.The focus of this paper is through the “overlapping” techniques in the exhibition space to maximize the discovery and exploitation of new art exhibition space structure and methods of performance,and to expand the visual effects and the artistic effect,highlighting the art value and the humanistic value of space design.The combination of “overlapping” technique and space design is the inevitable result of the development of exhibition space,including some digital information transmission and multidimensional space structure evolution.At the same time many digital information is finished by using the network space.It can be said that from ancient times till now,both the expression of the language and the transmission of the graphic message are dependent on the existence and extension of the vector space.
