An Analysis Of The Concept Of "Divorce" In Modern China(1912-1937)

This paper is to examine the history of the concept of the term,in which the influences of Western culture and civilization trend,explore the process of the term extension and identity.Based on terms of trajectory,through the concept and some concepts related to this group as the research object,to explore the relationship between the rheological and innovation of the concept of,and focuses on words and concepts and the relationship between the social scene,in order to spy on the history section.This paper is mainly composed of four parts.The first chapter mainly describes the origin and evolution of the concept of "divorce" in the traditional context.First of all,we mainly examine the source of the meaning of "divorce",and understand the origin and history of divorce in the West and ancient China by paying attention to the history of the word itself.Secondly,it mainly discusses the construction of the concept of "divorce" in the early context of China,and expounds the use of the term "divorce" in the historical context in order to achieve the attention and study the purpose of "history".The third is discussed in the revolution to the new culture movement period,the historical context of the concept of "divorce" and its changes.The second chapter mainly discusses the extension and identity of the concept of"divorce" in modern China.In modern Chinese,changed the use of the main terms of divorce,women put forward more and more divorce,there are some practical examples to carry out a new thought of divorce action,and obtained the initial identification of society.After the initial recognition of the concept of intellectuals,the use of the concept of "divorce" also spread to all sectors of society and gradually became popular.The historical context of the transition period,makes the modern Chinese "divorce" with the dual characteristics of the old moral codes and advocating westernization,blindly follow and temporal characteristics.The third chapter explores some of the phrases associated with the concept of"divorce".On the occasion of the introduction of Western ideas into China,the "freedom of marriage" and "freedom of divorce" have also been introduced,the complex formation process through the elaboration of the concept of "divorce freedom","to understand the deep connotation of divorce freedom" concept establishment.Second to seek a divorce in two forms,namely "divorce" and "litigation" divorce.Through research related to the concept of a group of divorce,a deeper understanding of the extension of the concept of"divorce".The fourth chapter focuses on the concept of "divorce" in the context of history was caused by the application in modern China after reaction.Some people think that"divorce" concept is a reflection of social ills;some people think that freedom of divorce is the pursuit of female marriage autonomy,to achieve an independent way to pursue the embodiment of equality between men and women;others think that modern China in the traditional thinking and Western ideas during the transition period,the term "divorce" is gradually integrated in the refusal and followiness,and is widely used in the historical context.The concept of study,studying the evolution of a word,more is the historical semantics as an important tool to study the concept of a different connotation in different time and space,or inspect the historical process of the concept of rheology,to explore the concept of fracture and the continuation of the history of the "divorce".The term"divorce" is placed in the social space and historical language of modern China to show the complex and tortuous development of the concept,so as to reflect the profound changes of modern Chinese values and thinking mode.
