By doing this, it can show some suggestion for the divorces in now time.The history of divorce in china is very long. Looking into the divorces during the ancient society, the female was at the obeying ground and they had no privilege to express their dissatisfaction. From Wuxu Reform to the Revolution of 1911 and the new culture campaign to May 4th campaign movement of 1919, the society had appealed and advocated women's liberation and freedom of marriage and freedom of divorce in the influence of the freedom thought of west. In the same time, some people turn the theory of marriage freedom into reality by their practice. To the laws of divorce, we find it is progressing by the time.We analyze the divorce cases from three respective.
