Nowadays, Christianity has been widely spread in China. With the trend of the active promotion of Sinicizing religion in China, it is urgent to re-survey those problems of localization of Christianity, which conclude the reorientation of Christianity and the encounter and compatibility of Christianity with Chinese society under the direction of Marxism religion view. This paper chooses the typical Christianity localization in late Qing Dynasty in Wenzhou as a case to study issues about the Localization of religion in contemporary times.Firstly, the article introduces the history of Christianity spreading in Wenzhou in late Qing Dynasty. Then, from three aspects of the differences of thinking mode and behavior custom between Christianity and native society members, the antagonism with local folk beliefs, and the confrontation with the cultural subjectivity of native scholar bureaucrats, in order to demonstrate alienation and conflicts between Christianity and the Wenzhou society in late Qing dynasty. Thirdly,discussing that the western missionaries endeavor to promote the localization of Christianity from the worship ceremony, missionary language, missionary personnel, doctrine, and social practice , for expanding the influence of Christianity. Finally, through the representation of the late Qing Dynasty Wenzhou Christian narrative localization process and internal problem analysis conclusion, it follows that the Christian localization process dominated by Western missionaries has an accelerating process from slow to fast, there are both the attraction of religious culture itself and the arduous efforts, also have external factors like politics, economy and military. Among them, Christianity and Western colonialism thinking always continue to have a cut and chaotic secret contact, which also leads to a "Christ in China " rather than the "Chinese Christian" the crux of this some alien phenomenon.Learn from past and open a way for future. The survival of Christianity in China always happens with local social environment. In other words, only by promoting Christianity localization can we realize sinicization of Christianity. So we must not ignore the late Qing Dynasty Wenzhou Christian localization practice for the realization of the current Christianity in China involved in the political, cultural, social and other levels of significance. First, clear political orientation. The line between Christianity and Western political forces should be completely clear; the principles of independence and the principles of self-government,self-support and self-propagation should be insisted to promote the level of religious Chinese. Second, strengthen the social adaptation. On the one hand, Christianity's mission model, ritual rituals, doctrines and organizational structures should adapt to the soil of Chinese society and conform to the trend of social development in China. On the other hand,the Christian should inherit excellent tradition of serving the society and turning a man from bad to good, play a positive role in the economic and social development through actively using the practical action to adapt to socialist society. Third, realize cultural fusion. Christianity in China is by no means to reinvent the Christian, but on the other hand to make the Christian retreat from narrow high above the theological thinking and attitude, on the other hand, Christian to comply with the Chinese culture in the process of continuously achieve the expression of sinicization, so as to jointly create a harmonious coexistence of religious ecological environment.
