According to various literature and stone inscription records from ancient times,there are many maps of Song Dynasty. However, it is a pity that special research on map is still relatively weak. This article attempts from the literature of Song Dynasty doing a further research. Trying our best to present the interaction between users and map carver for demonstrating the drive of Song Dynasty's map development.This article is divided into four parts:The first chapter, introduction. A brief introduction of academic history and the article's innovative as well as the reason why choose this topic. Analysis of the concept of"map". This paper involves the map includes both the Song People painted ancient maps and historical maps. In addition, we present the connotation and denotation of map in Song People's eyes and believe in the map of Song Dynasty has a wider meaning than today.The second chapter, overview map achievement of Song Dynasty. Mainly divided into two major areas. firstly, the achievements in terms of mapping theory, such as"Birds" mapping method and "color" mapping method and Stereo mapping method ;Secondly, in Song Dynasty, people drawing a lot of maps. According to the map content is mainly split into political maps, military maps, civil maps, cultural and educational maps and tourism maps.The third chapter, the application of map in Song Dynasty. This part is based on map application field and introduces 5 kinds of maps. First, Frequently used in the military and political map; Second, the density maps used in civil affairs; Third, used by the emperor; Fourth, used by scholars for studying; Fifth, used by literati for traveling.The fourth chapter, the application interact with drawn of Song Dynasty. This chapter considered the inner dynamics of Song Dynasty map is the feedback to each other between the user and carvers interaction. The first is the user's information feedback, the feedback information includes two categories: one is not satisfied the mapping method, the other is doubted in painted content. Second, is for the map carvers will respond to the feedback information. If the problems caused by drawing method, set out to improve the method of drawing. If the problems caused by drawing content, it is to correct content. Because of the existence of this interactive feedback relationship, the map of Song Dynasty have a further development.The last is the conclusion of the full text, the map of Song Dynasty has a remarkable achievement, which cannot leave the internal and external factors jointly promote.
