| Novice teacher that teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages (TCSOL) is the cornerstone of the career of international Chinese language promotion. The role adaption of novice teachers is not only related to the professional choice of teachers themselves,but also to the spreading of Chinese and cultural dissemination in the future. This paper is a study on role adaptation of novice teacher of TCSOL, first, the self-made questionnaire has to been tested by project analysis, validity and reliability, then on the basis of the survey results, suggestions are proposed combined with interviews. There are two angles in the analysis of the questionnaire, one is the influence of the personal factors of the novice teacher on the role adaptation, and the other is a concrete analysis through the way of regression analysis, here are the three parts:The first part is the first chapter Introduction, pointing out the research background and significance of the article, elaborating the relevant research situation at home and abroad, and finally explaining the research ideas and methods this article has used.The second part includes chapter two, chapter three and chapter four. Among them,the second chapter elaborates the purpose, object, design idea, test methods,implementation process and interview outline based on the questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed on the basis of the relevant literature, and there are eight parts.After the adoption of the project analysis, validity test and reliability test, the interview outline is designed after the questionnaire analysis. The third chapter analyzes the questionnaire and the interview results, discusses the influence of the personal factors of the novice teachers on its role adaptation, and analyzes the adaptation of the six roles of the novice teachers. On the basis of investigation and interview, the fourth chapter puts forward the relevant suggestions to improve the role adaption of novice teachers from the perspective of novice teachers, potential people who are interested in this and related educational departments.The third part is the fifth chapter Conclusion, summarizes the whole paper, and explains the limitations of this paper. |
