At present,China's education informatization industry has achieved a transition from1.0 to 2.0,and national policies strongly encourage the widespread application of "Internet +" educational technology in the teaching of various disciplines.In order to adapt to education informationization,it is necessary to study the application of educational technology in international Chinese teaching.Previous surveys have shown that the application of educational technology by teachers of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages in teaching has not kept pace with the current development of education informatization.In addition,the existing research in the field of international Chinese teaching is mainly focused on the creation of educational technology environment and curriculum design research based on educational technology.However,little attention has been paid to teacher training.Teachers,as the core of the three points of teaching,their attitudes towards educational technology and their ability to use educational technology will directly affect the application of educational technology in international Chinese teaching.Therefore,this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the application of educational technology by teachers of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.It aims to investigate the current status of educational technology applied by trainee teachers,novice teachers,skilled teachers,and expert teachers.This paper quantitatively analyzed the data obtained and found that the following four existing problems:(1)Teachers of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages generally have a low level of understanding of official documents;(2)there are large differences in the mastery of educational technology skills among these teachers,and the overall mastery of skills is poor;(3)skilled teachers are not very optimistic about the application of educational technology and their attitudes towards educational technology;(4)the lower the teacher's rank,the younger the teachers with less teaching experience,the greater the gap between the frequency of using educational technology to different levels of students,and the higher the teacher's rank,the moreexperienced the teachers,the smaller the gap.In response to the above four problems,this article conducted targeted interviews with four types of teachers,and learned that the underlying reasons behind these problems mainly focus on the following points:(1)trainee teachers and novice teachers lack complete and systematic education technology training;(2)trainee teachers do not pay enough attention to teaching work;(3)the teaching methods of skilled teachers have taken shape and are not willing to change easily.Finally,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions on teacher training for related units.
