Ethical Review Of Internet Privacy Issues

With the wide application of the "Internet +" concept, the integration of the Internet and the real estate industry continues to deepen, the scope of human activities have undergone structural adjustment. The content and scope of human activities increasingly rely on the Internet, the Internet has changed people's way of thinking, behavior, for human social life and development has brought new opportunities, but also brought new challenges. With the network society in the scope of people's activities occupy an increasing proportion, some problems of the real society in the network society is increasingly prominent, and presents new features. The emergence of network privacy is a specific problem caused by the leakage of the subject's privacy in the network society. The role of the Internet in human life gradually penetrated, many of the personal information has been recorded on the Internet, which provides the conditions for the disclosure of personal network privacy. Freedom,openness and sharing are the characteristics of the Internet, which determines the causes of network privacy problems both contingency and inevitability. This article mainly analyzes the origin of network privacy from four aspects: ideological source, social source, economic reason,technical reason.Based on the theory of Marxism, combined with the disciplinary theories of ethics, philosophy of science and technology, and network philosophy, the author insists on the research methods combining literature research and case analysis. Both the characteristics of social resources property and privacy of personal information is the inevitable trend of development of the Internet, to protect the network privacy need to balance the relationship between the two. The article thinks should adhere to taking people as the starting point and ultimate goal of the development of the Internet, and rebuild the innate nature of human nature as the principle of network privacy ethics. On the basis of reshaping the moral sense of network society, establish a dual network privacy protection model based on the Internet industry self-discipline mechanism, supplemented by legal protection; And for the formation and improvement of this model from the human nature provides the possibility.
