The Research Of Forestation Activities After Twenty Years Of Reform And Opening-up In Yan'an Area

Forest resource is an important symbol to measure ecological civilization.Afforestation is the basic link to cultivate forest resources,and it is also an important measure of ecological greening.Yan'an is located in the gully region of Loess Plateau,and its vegetation is sparse.It is one of the most fragile areas of ecological environment in Shanxi province.In twentieth century and 50 s and 60 s,forestry construction in Yan'an experienced tortuous development.After the reform and opening up,under the guidance of the national forestry policy,Yan'an began large-scale afforestation activities.After more than 20 years of efforts,the forestry construction in Yan'an has achieved great success.Based on the integration of the "Yan'an daily","Yan'an forestry Zhi" and Yan'an City Archives of Forestry Based on the data,mainly from the following four aspects of the reform and opening up twenty years in Yan'an area of afforestation activities to be discussed:Firstly,the paper summarizes the afforestation activities in Yan'an area before and after the founding of the people's Republic of china.The first stage is from 1949 to 1957,for afforestation in Yan'an area during the recovery period;the second stage is from 1958 to 1976,during this period of time after the "great leap forward" and the "Cultural Revolution",the Yan'an area of forest resources have been seriously damaged;the third stage is the restoration and adjustment period of national forestry policy before and after the reform and opening-up.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis of the more than and 20 years of reform and opening up the situation of afforestation in Yan'an.One is the breeding work,vigorously strengthen the construction,focusing on the training of backbone nursery;two is afforestation activities,mainly by the state,collective,individual afforestation afforestation afforestation and tree planting consists of four parts;the three is the work of forest protection,forest fire prevention,through the construction of laws and regulations,pest prevention and control work,strengthen the management and protection of forest resources.Thirdly,this paper expounds the achievements of afforestation in Yan'an area during the past twenty years of reform and opening up.After more than and 20 years of afforestation activities,not only makes the degree of green Yan'an area gradually increased,the ecological environment is improved;at the same time,a large number of planting trees,promote the economic benefits of Yan'an area increased;it also lays a good foundation for the coordinated development of forestry and animal husbandry industry in Yan'an area.During this period of afforestation activities in the Yan'an area of the masses to actively participate in tree planting activities,and the emergence of the two climax of afforestation,so that the work of afforestation in Yan'an area from only to focus on afforestation and reforestation protection.Finally,the experience and Enlightenment of the afforestation activities in Yan'an area during the twenty years of reform and opening up are explained.In today's increasingly prominent ecological environment,we should not only take into account the economic and environmental benefits,but also in the process of constantly improving the forestry laws and regulations to ensure the long-term forestry institutions and forestry policy.At the same time,continue to play an important role in the spirit of Yan'an afforestation activities,so as to achieve the great goal of greening Yan'an.Twenty years of reform and opening up Yan'an area afforestation activities,not only to improve the local ecological environment,highlighting the Yan'an green spirit,but also for the sustained and healthy development of forestry construction in Yan'an area in the future,Yan'an create a national garden city and city environmental protection to provide a reference.
