Cases Analysis Of The Influence Made By Students To The Fresh Chinese Teachers

Chinese volunteer teacher is the main force of Chinese international promotion.Most of the volunteers are fresh teachers,the students' response have a direct influence to the fresh Chinese teachers.This paper collected 35 cases of Chinese teachers affected by students' reaction,and selected 19 cases.This paper includes 4 sections,classroom management,language barrier,teacher-student relationship and Chinese learning.And in-depth interviews with three of the fresh teachers,uses the Eysenck personality analysis to assess to help us to understand better.The case study of proposal is that fresh Chinese teachers should be calm down when here comes emergency,set up reasonable classroom teaching activities,learn the language of the country,and handle teacher-student relations well.What's more,always keeps the idea of raising a diligent question,diligent thinking habits.The pre-job training of the dispatched institution should pay attention to the application and provide the information of the country to the fresh teachers.The appointment organization should contact the fresh teacher in advance to inform the local situation and provide a wide range of training courses.
