With the increasing improvement of quality of life, the rhythm of society continues to accelerate, meanwhile, people’s mental pressure is also growing, often reported that we entered a "national anxiety" era.Researches at home and abroad have found that anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental disorders, seriously affecting the patient’s social function and quality of life.So to improve the effective measurement of anxiety disorders and diagnosis is particularly important. With the publication of DSM-V,coupled with the classification of anxiety classification changes, reflect the current psychiatric clinic and the community commonly used anxiety measurement scale, and did not completely cover the content of anxiety disorders, there is no detailed classification. Therefore, creating a comprehensive and effective anxiety measurement tool is particularly important. In this study,DSM-V was used as a diagnostic criterion.By summarizing the diagnostic description of anxiety disorder, the classification of 12 major anxiety disorders was summarized according to the classification of state-characteristic attributes. The common anxiety assessment scale was collected and new anxiety Obstacle Questionnaire. The followings are main results of this study :1.According to DSM-V classification of the diagnosis of each anxiety description, extract eight major anxiety state and four anxiety traits;besides, state anxiety contains: anxiety mood, tired, sleep condition, aprosexia, physical symptoms, nervous, fear and irritable.Trait anxiety includes: behavioral inhibition, negative emotions, anxiety sensitivity and fear of negative evaluation.2.The questionnaire contains 121 entries, the parameters of the project response theory are estimated for all entries, the entries with lower discrimination are deleted, the 108 degree entries are retained> 0.7,and the amount of test information in each dimension is satisfactory(CFFA)results in all entries with loads of 0.5 or more higher,CFI and TLI both above 0.90,RMSEA estimates less than the estimated value of the RMSEA,and the results of the empirical analysis(EFA)0.05,90% of the confidence interval within the precise range of fitting,WRMR estimates are also within the acceptable range. The average value of Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.816,the average value of Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.875,and the α coefficient of state anxiety and trait anxiety is 0.931 and 0.945,respectively.3.SEM analysis results and shows that there are 10 state-trait anxiety dimensions related model.Model 1:negative emotions on anxiety mood & tired, and the path coefficient are 0.699&0.173.Model 2:fear of negative evaluation on anxiety mood & tired, and the path coefficient are 0.564 & 0.178.Model 3:behavioral inhibition on anxiety mood & aprosexia, and the path coefficient are 0.257 & 0.575.Model 4:negative emotions on anxiety mood & aprosexia, and the path coefficient are 0.094& 0.801.Model 5:fear of negative evaluation on anxiety mood & fear, and the path coefficient are 0.674 & 0.104.Model 6:behavioral inhibition on anxiety mood & irritable, and the path coefficient are 0.476 & 0.275.Model 7:negative emotions on anxiety mood & irritable, and the path coefficient are 0.404&0.035.Model 8:negative emotions on anxiety mood, tired and irritable, and the path coefficient are 0.123,0.143 and 0.591.Model 9:behavioral inhibition on anxiety mood, nervous and fear, and the path coefficient are 0.704,0.102 and 0.165.Model 10:anxiety sensitivity on anxiety mood, nervous and irritable, and the path coefficient are 0.504,0.201 and 0.175.Conclusions: 1.The state-trait anxiety questionnaire has good reliability and validity, besides,it has good psychometric characteristics, which can be applied to anxiety detection.2.The structural equation model of state-trait anxiety dimensions indicates that the Dimensional combination of patterns can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.
