With the emergence of Mandarin Fever,the Chinese learning cause has been developing prosperously and meanwhile Chinese learning has become an important approach for foreigners to know China.Thereby,the cause of Chinese teaching as a foreign language faces both opportunities and challenges.Listening course is an independent curriculum in the Chinese teaching as a foreign language,with a history of over 40 years.Listening teaching has always been an important process in the second language teaching in recent years and,moreover,how to improve the level of Chinese listening in teaching is also a difficult problem.The thesis will mainly discuss the application of scaffolding instruction in primary course of Chinese listening teaching.Under the guidance of scaffolding instruction in listening teaching,the author takes elementary B Class as the study object and takes the fourth chapter When did you come of Developing Chinese--Elementary Listening Course as the basic study material,to analyze the teaching design and application demonstration in listening course of elementary level.Through document analysis,observation analysis and interview,the thesis also summarizes the teacher's teaching and students' response,and thereby analyzes the application of scaffolding instruction in listening teaching and points out existing issues.The research results are in the following: during the teaching,the class atmosphere is active and students' enthusiasm also gets improved;the teaching practice has clear links and a definite division;the construction and application of scaffold improve Chinese learning students' ability effectively and expand the volume of information.Meanwhile,however,there are still some shortages;for example,the mass application of scaffold in teaching will reduce the degree of difficulty in listening,which makes students produce dependence in class and restrains their progress in listening;the construction of scaffold lacks grade;the effectiveness is still doubtful in scaffold choosing and evaluation for students of different levels.Some lessons are obtained from the teaching summary: teachers need to change their tradition teaching philosophy,and improve their information collection capacity as well as their own qualities,so as to apply the scaffolding instruction better in Chinese listening teaching.
