| Nowadays,the enthusiasm for psychological services has gained increasing popularity in Chinese society.But people still lack understanding of psychological services,and they do not have a correct sense of the demand of psychological service too.This study is based on the theory of psychology which is committed to develop the questionnaire of the staff’s demand of psychological services,and to get a better understanding of the staff’s demand of psychological services,and then provide the basis for the work of psychological services.Research targets:(1)Frame the questionnaire of the staff’s demand of psychological services.(2)Take a sample survey of staff’s demand of psychological service in Yunnan Province and discussing the relevant factors.Carring out 3 sub-studies for these 2 purposes.Study 1,by the preliminary questionnaire survey,interviews and case consultation on the demand of psychological services of sample 1,we can have a preliminary understanding of staff’s demand of psychological services,provide support for the theoretical construction of staff’s demand of psychological services,and provide the scope and title for the preparation of the questionnaire.Results: The staff’s demand of psychological services was high in Yunnan Province.The course of psychological growth and psychological care were the mainly psychological services at this stage for the staff.The staff’s eager for the demand of psychological services is at the upper level.Workers also made a number of suggestions on how to carry out psychological services.Study 2,framing the preliminary " staff’s demand of psychological services questionnaire" by the literature review and preliminary investigation.Obtaining the initial data by initializing the sample 2,and get 6 factors 44 items with the help of the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis to modify the items.The validation factor of sample 3 was validated by 6 factors,and the formal questionnaire of "psychological service demand questionnaire" was formed.The questionnaire was verified to have a good reliability with the internal consistency coefficient(0.945)and the partial reliability(0.812).The questionnaire has a good validity with the content validity and construction validity.Therefore,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,can be used for actual measurement.Study 3,use the " staff’s demand of psychological services questionnaire" to conduct a status survy of sample 4(N = 534)by the staff members of Yunnan Province.Conclusion: A.The staff’s demand for psychological service in Yunnan Province is high.B.The first choice for staff’s service expectations in their unit is to invite experts to set up psychological knowledge lectures regularly.The best way for psychological counseling was to conduct an interview with the unit’s psychological service staff.Personal development is the psychological service that the staff considered most.Staff preferred to choose the psychological counseling agency that was setted up by organizations or individuals.Regarding the demands of the way for the service,they preferred mental health popular science propaganda.C.the overall score of psychological service’s demand have significant difference on the gender,unit type and the operating post. |
