With the development of International Chinese Language Teaching,on one hand,it shows that our country has been developed so rapidly and played an important role in the world,on the other hand,it reminds us of stricter self-discipline and continuing exploration and innovation in order to improve our International Chinese Language Teaching.Chinese speech act has drawn more and more attention by scholars.So it is important and necessary to get better understanding of traits about overseas students' Chinese speech act and improve their ability of intercultural communication.Refusal speech act is quite sensitive and if people can not express themselves properly,it may cause communication breakdown.So it is quite important to know refusal speech act well.In this thesis,through the result of questionnaires of Chinese refusal speech act of Central Asian overseas students and Chinese students,it is going to analyze the traits of Central Asian overseas students acquiring Chinese refusal speech act.All the influencing factors have been analyzed by statistical software of sociolinguistics.Through the result,it is going to analyze the cause and put forward improvement measures.It has significance of enhancing Central Asian overseas students' Chinese pragmatic social skills.
