Exploration On The Singing Characteristic Of Countertenor Singing Art In The New Chinese Works

Bel canto Art rose in China at the beginning of the twentieth Century,whose singing voice were divided into six parts including tenor,baritone,bass,soprano,Mezzo Soprano and alto.However,the traditional art of Bel Canto which was originated in Europe and spread all over the world was divided into seven parts including countertenor voice.As an indispensable in the singing voice of Bel Canto,Countertenors has experienced four stages: Medieval chant,Falsetto tenor era castrato era and countertenors recovery.Countertenor voice,like other singing voice,follows the rules of Bel Canto.This paper takes Chinese works which are newly created for China countertenor voice as the research object,compares outstanding singers and concert works at home and abroad,collects relevant literature,journals,academic papers,audio and video at home and abroad to fully show the singing characteristics and artistic charm of countertenor singing art.The paper is divided into four chapters except the introduction which briefly tells the research status of this topic at home and abroad,the problem intended to solve and the theory or practical meaning of the research in academic and practical activities.The first chapter mainly narrates History and development status of the countertenor.Through combing it with Period Instruments Movement which promoted its recovery and development and taking domestic and foreign outstanding countertenor as the representative to describe the present development situation and development trend of the countertenor.The second chapter mainly talks about singing characteristic of countertenor in three sections.Firstly,countertenor has the unique physiological and psychological basis.Next,they can use singing techniques including the application of scientific breath use,sound skills,sound resonance position and different mixing ratio.Finally,the paper links the countertenor with castrato singer and the falsetto tenor to compare their differences and similarities and analyze countertenor's unique artistic appeal.The third chapter mainly shows the countertenor's singing features and appeals through interpreting new Chinese works.These new works includes Chinese opera works,Vocal Divertimento which is full of Chinese poetry elements and modern lyric works.In view of the current situation of the domestic countertenor singing talent,the forth chapter puts forward the detailed strategy to cultivate Chinese high pitched singing talent and Analyze its necessity,feasibility and update of training concept and mode.
