From the United States Silicon Valley and Boston,Israel’s Silicon Creek to Beijing Zhongguancun,Shenzhen Nanshan,entrepreneurial activities are in the tide of the times.China’s government has introduced a number of policies,taken entrepreneurship as an important carrier to implement innovation-driven development strategy and the important initiatives to promote the supply side of the structural reform.In recent years,while maker space and incubators with strong growth,many large enterprises have advocated internal entrepreneurship.Today,entrepreneurship is not just for start-ups,while every step of business development can be described as the new journey of entrepreneurship.In the entrepreneurial activities,the leadership and managers are the important factors of leading organizations to survive and gain competitive advantage,so entrepreneurial leadership has become a hot topic in the theory and practice.In the face of complex external environments,the entrepreneurial leadership needs to hear the voice of employees in the organization,to help reduce uncertainty and stimulate innovation.However,the employee voice is impacted by many factors.The cognition,the leadership and the organizational environment will affect the employee voice.Therefore,based on social cognitive theory and implicit theory,this paper establishes a cross-level moderated model with entrepreneurial leadership,psychological empowerment,team reflexivity and leader’s implicit followship,to explore the internal mechanism of entrepreneurial leadership and employee voice.By classifying and summarizing the related literature achievements of entrepreneurial leadership,employee voice psychological empowerment,team reflexivity and leader’s implicit followship,this paper puts forward the theoretical model and related hypothesis,from the two levels – the individual and organization,from the three aspects-employee,leadership and environment.Through the matching survey of 98 leaders and 310 employees,the hierarchical linear model HLM was used to analyze the cross-level analysis,and SPSS and Liserl were used for statistical analysis and individual-level hypothesis test.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The entrepreneurial leadership has a positive impact on the employee voice;(2)Psychological empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employee vocie;(3)Team reflexivity plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employeevocie,also in the relationship between psychological empowerment and employee voice;(4)Leader’s implicit followship plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and psychological empowerment;In the same time,the moderating fountion of leader’s implicit followship between entrepreneurial leadership and employee voice did not validated in this empirical study.This paper explores the interaction mechanism between entrepreneurial leadership and employee voice,deepens the empirical study of entrepreneurial leadership.In the paper,the factors that affect the employee voice are systematically considered,and the team reflexivity is as the organizational level variables.This study explores the leader’s implicit followship in the managerial situation,to promote the implicit theory in the domestic research.Through the discussion of the conclusions,the study provides management inspiration to promote employee voice,improve the leader’s concept of employee and build a reflexively organization atmosphere. |
