The study investigated the situation and differences of transformational leadership,psychological empowerment and team effectiveness among direct sales team based on questionnaire. This study survied the relationship among them,how transformational leadership and psychological empowerment affects team effectiveness. Team effectiveness divides into four dimensions:Subjective team performance, satisfaction, psychological understanding, team vitality.Regression analysis showed that there were caused and effect relationship between team's transformational leadership,psychological empowerment and its effectiveness. Psychological empowerment had the part of intermediary role between transformational leadership and team effectiveness.In addition, on the demographic variables, the results of this study showed that:there had significant differences in transformational leadership,psychological empowerment and team effectiveness on different types of direct sales team, different age groups, different times in joining the team.
