As the rapid development of cognitive science, second language acquisition(SLA)and teaching is becoming more and more popular and widespread today. The authorrealizes the cognitive science has already become the frontier field and hot topic.Especially the "embodied cognition" starts to arouse a big revolution in manyfields, including linguistics. And second language acquisition study also shows a tendency of cognition.By checking the data of domestic and foreign research status of embodied cognition and second language vocabulary acquisition process, the author sees the necessity of combining embodied cognition and second language vocabulary acquisition as one research, because they may in the position of proving and supporting each other. After the comprehension of the latest theoriesand making a detailed observation of the second language input process in the natural environment, the author identifies theobject and methods of this study, then brings up a new hypothesis. The author concludes 3 ways of the second language input: 1.first language stimulation;2.visual stimulation;3.Embodied stimulation.According to the embodied cognition theory,we can make an assumption that cognition can be divided into three levels: linguistic level, image schema level, perceptual level, these three levels correspond to the three inputting ways. The author come up with a hypothesis about the second language vocabulary acquisition, which is,despite of considering the interference factors of the learners themselves, the time length for the acquisition period should be ranking as below: first language stimulation>visual stimulation>embodied simulation. She also believes that the key to it is to establish the ?corresponding element? which builds a link between the sound capsule of language and the re-experience.The author designed a psychological experiment about second language learning and testing by using E-Prime software. The purpose of the experiment is trying to prove the former hypothesis about the process of second language acquisition is correct by comparing the learning effect of 3 different inputting ways. The author recruits 24 testees whose first language are Chinese and divides them into two groups by English learning levels. The Korean language is chosen as the target language in the experiment. The author picks 10 kinesthetic words about hand movement as experimentobjects. To make sure the accuracy, the whole experiment process is made up by two parts--practice section and official experiment. The author collects the data of time length for learning, the reacting time and the correction rate.By analyzing the experimental data, the author finds that the test results were consistent with the hypothesis, but the learning time doesn't align with the hypothesis. But according to the output is the reverse process of input, the author infers that learning phaseshould also be consistent with the hypothesis. For the data that does not comply with the assumption, the author makes a reasonable explanationby deeper analysis and paying a return visitto the testees. It is proved that the hypothesis of second language acquisition is correct. In addition, the author also recognizes that the number of syllables has an impact on the efficiency of vocabulary learning. Finally, the author draws the conclusions:(1)the process of second language vocabulary acquisition is a process that inputting from lower cognitive layer to higher cognitive layer of cognition, while the outputting process is from lower level to higher level cognitive. The most important part in it is to establish the corresponding element;(2)The conversion time is proportional to the distance of the corresponding element. In the end,the author puts forward the difficulties in the application of the embodied stimulus in the secondlanguage teaching classroom. It also gives some inspiration for teaching:(1)try to create a "natural environment" in the classroom;(2)"To sense" is one of the best methods to experience the embodied stimulation in second language acquisition;(3)the level of a man's third language or the fourth can be predictable, because the second language acquisition ability tells. If someone's second language is good, then he/sheprobably can learn a third language well too.
