Nowadays,the soft power of culture is becoming an important factor of a country's economic strength,spiritual value system and international discourse power,and the development of cultural soft power needs to rely on the development of cultural and creative industries.In 13 th Five-Year the central plan,first proposed the development of the cultural industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy,from the "push to become" to "become",is not only a change in morphology,is depicting a development trend.Therefore,the development of cultural and creative industries,improve the national cultural soft power,is to implement the national cultural strategy,major urgent need to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese dream",is to enhance the international influence of Chinese culture,promote the progress of human civilization in the meaning of.This paper uses the basic methods of literature review,case study and interdisciplinary research to collect a large amount of relevant information and analyze and demonstrate it in detail.First of all,the concept and theoretical basis of cultural and creative industries and cultural soft power to sort out and study the mechanism of cultural creative industry in the role of cultural soft power,and points out that the development of cultural creative industry is an important way to enhance cultural soft power China.Cultural and creative industries as a carrier of cultural soft power development,it contains the core value,enhance the cultural cohesion;together the creative factors,emphasizing the cultural innovation;create the Volkswagen brand,expanding the cultural influence;transforming resource advantages,enhance the cultural competitiveness;leading consumer sentiment,highlighting the cultural appeal so as to enhance the soft power of culture.Secondly,it analyzes the background and practical significance of the currentcultural and creative industries.In the background level,double era provides an opportunity for the development of cultural and creative industries,the Internet thinking to boost cultural creative industry,the emergence of a number of outstanding cultural creative industry model,countries also actively guide the development of cultural and creative industries.In terms of practical significance,cultural and creative industries in the promotion of economic output,prosperity of traditional Chinese culture,enhance the soft power of urban culture and to meet the diverse needs of the people have contributed to the strength.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems faced by the development of cultural creative industries under the view of cultural soft power.Because of the development of cultural creative industry in China started late,cultural and creative industries in the promotion of cultural soft power shows some problems such as: the culture is not strong,creative enough,lack of effective communication and management is not smooth,not fully stimulate the potential of cultural consumption,these problems have hindered the cultural and creative industries to enhance cultural soft power.Finally,from the various aspects of the problem of targeted countermeasures,so that cultural and creative industries and cultural soft power coordinated development.This requires cultural and creative industries to condense the essence of traditional culture and promote the transformation of modernity at the cultural level,carrying the core values and achieving social benefits.In the creative level,cultivating creative talents,strengthen the creative class;features to create cultural brand,enhance international competitiveness;promote collaborative innovation,promote creative agglomeration;strengthen the Internet thinking,play "culture + power".In the propaganda level,we should tap the essence of traditional culture,show the style of the Chinese nation,enhance cultural affinity,construct a discourse system withChinese characteristics,and create a new type of industrial chain by means of innovative communication platform.At the management level,we should carry out the cultural system reform,realize the market-oriented operation,perfect the legal and policy system for the development of cultural and creative industries,adopt the third party governance,and perfect the organizational norms in the industry.In the aspect of promoting cultural consumption,we should strengthen the concept of cultural consumption,tap new growth points of cultural consumption,and strengthen the construction of cultural undertakings.Only when cultural and creative industries achieve improvement at all levels can they play the role of enhancing the cultural soft power,so as to better contribute to shaping the image of China's cultural power.
