Chinese As A Second Language Acquisition Study On The "V+O_Non-patient" Collocations

The most important thing to acquire a word is to know its usage information and collocation knowledge is an important part of its usage information.The existing research shows that the mother tongue background,different input and teaching methods,attention and other factors will affect the acquisition of words’ collocation.In addition to the above-mentioned factors,some scholars focused their attention on the study on the influence of the collocation itself,finding that the semantic transparency,the relevance of the meaning,the integration of the meaning and the regularity of collocation also had some effects on its acquisition.The most distinct feature of Chinese collocations is that the semantic relations between Chinese verbs and nouns as objects are rich and complicated.Therefore,will the complex semantic relations between verbs and nouns affect the acquisition of collocations? If so,what is it?The theory of connectionism pays special attention to the relationship between statistical attributes and language acquisition in language use.A large number of studies have found that frequency has an important effect on acquisition.Xing Hongbing（2009）added that in addition to the frequency,the family,regularity and consistency are all important factors affecting second language acquisition.How do the frequency,family,regularity and consistency of different verbs and nouns show in the corpus? Will these statistical characteristics affect the acquisition of collocation?Based on the related research of the theory of connectionism and Chinese grammar,this paper takes the system of dynamic statistic as the support and design experiment to examine the influencing factors of “V+O_{non patient}” acquisition,the understanding difficulty level of “V+O_{non patient}” and the acquisition process of second language learners of it.It is found that the frequency,the probability of distribution and the semantic type of object affect the acquisition of the verb-noun collocation,and there is some interaction between the frequency and object semantic type,distribution probability and semantic type of object.The accuracy rates of different non-patient objects are more different in collocations with high distribution probability and high frequency.There are some differences in the understanding of different semantic types,that is,some of the semantic types of objects are easy to understand while some are not.But the type effect on acquisition is affected by the frequency and distribution probability.With the improvement of Chinese proficiency,the collocation knowledge of learners is getting richer and richer.As for the different semantic types of non-patient object,there is a different acquisition pattern and process,in which the changes in agent objects and objective objects are not obvious.
