For enterprises,the position of design and management is more prominent.Design brand creative management is to manage brand design creative process,it is design brand management logical starting point and design brand innovation beginning,and it has got more and more scholars and managers attention.Current researches elaborate more on development process of creative thinking and elaborate relatively less on creative development whole process systematically.According to actual survey data,current creative personnel are lack of knowledge and experience of creative management,the biggest problems that need to solve are how to apply creative brand design management theory in creative practical work,obtain creative resources effectively,and realize maximization of creative group performance.For these problems,this article mainly interprets systematically design brand creative management,constructs creative brand design management knowledge tree,combining management and design science related knowledge,details design brand creative source and final development direction,combining with IKEA brand creative,and interprets creative brand design management system systematically.According to previous research basis and work experience,Firstly,this paper analyzes from brand creative preparation,and then basing on brand creative growth process,analyzes brand creative incubator,brand creative introduction and brand creative conformation,combining with IKEA brand creative cases,explores its unique features and advantages,summarizes methods and ways of brand design success.Its fundamental purpose is to improve design brand creative process,explores experience and success factors from IKEA successful brand creative management,provides ideas,methods and management experience for development of brand design in China and lays theoretical foundation for development of brand design in China.
