Objective 1.Based on the concept of focusing on the Solution-focused Brief Therapy and the technique of questioning,we try to formulate the procedural treatment of the patients in the clinical course of depression.2.To explore the effect of the clinical pathway of the improved depression disorder on the symptoms of depression and negative cognition, and focus on observing the changes of patients with depression in different degrees.3.Standardize the path of clinical psychotherapy for depression and further improve the clinical pathway of depressive disorder.Method 1.Preliminary experimental study(model proposed): A two-month pretrial study was conducted by 30 depressed patients who met the criteria of this study.Based on the concept and technology of Solution-focused Brief Therapy and the connotation of the multiaxial diagnosis of mental illness,we attempted to adopt the mode of mix of individuals and groups, and finally decided that the mode we mentioned above cooperated with the individual treatment of the six steps in clinical pathway and procedural psychotherapy of four groups treatments, which was used for clinical psychological treatment for the depressive disorders in the acute phase when in the hospital.2.Investigation study: Using Dysfunctional Attitudes Scales(DAS),Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire(ATQ),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and Hamilton Depression Scale-24item(HAMD),proceed before intervention measure for newly and conform to the criteria of this study for 85 patients with depressive disorder.Analyze relationships of depressive symptoms, negative thinking and personality, and the indexes of differences in depression for different degrees.3.Intervention study: Adopt hierarchical control in the group before and after the test design, eliminating psychological treatment of patients with loss of survey research,80 research objects on the basis of the degrees of depression can be divided into mild and severe in the two groups, moderate depression with 32 patients,48 patients with severe depression. Both groups are accepted in the depression on the basis of clinical pathway for normalize psychological treatment, hospitalization period accept 6~8 times of individual psychotherapy and 4 times group psychotherapy.By using the questionnaire after the intervention measure when out of the hospital, analysis of the change of various index before and after intervention, and observe mainly changes and differences two groups in depression status, dysfunctional attitudes and automatic thoughts. Results Investigation study result: 1.Automatic thinking the frequent degree and depressive symptoms, dysfunctional attitude tonal score and vulnerability, attraction and repulsion, perfectionism, coerciveness, seeking approval were significantly related(P<0.01;depressive symptoms, vulnerability, coerciveness P<0.05).2.In patients with major depression vulnerability, attraction and repulsion, perfectionism, seeking approval, dependency, autonomous attitude, cognitive philosophy, dysfunctional attitude tonal score and automatic thinking the frequent degree and trust degree scores were higher than the in patients with moderate depression, have a significant difference(P<0.01;dependency,cognitive philosophy P<0.05).3.Nervousness plays in completely intermediary role between automatic thinking and depressive symptoms;psychoticism plays in partial intermediary role between automatic thoughts and depression symptoms.Intervention study result: 1.Before intervention, dysfunctional attitudes and automatic thoughts are higher than the norm, and their difference was significant(P<0.01);After the intervention were closer to the norm, the difference was not significant(P>0.05).2.Depression in patients with dysfunctional attitude tonal scores before and after the intervention and the dimension scores, the frequent degree and trust degrees of automatic thinking were all have significant difference(P<0.01;seeking approval P<0.05).3.Degrees of depression with dysfunctional attitude total score, vulnerability, cognitive philosophy and the frequent degree and trust degree of automatic thinking before and after the intervention that there is interaction(P < 0.05;the frequent degree of automatic thinking P<0.01).The attraction and repulsion, perfectionism, mandatory, seeking approval, dependency, autonomous attitude all dimensions have main effect significantly(P<0.01;seeking approval P<0.05),but there is no interaction(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.Depressive symptoms are associated with dysfunctional attitudes and automatic thinking, and there are significant differences in indicators of depression in different degrees.2.On the basis of clinical path management, streamline psychotherapy can find that the symptoms of the depression are reduced in the acute phase when in hospital,at the same time, its attitude of dysfunction and negative cognitive, such as automatic thinking improve obviously.3.Routing psychotherapy models can be collected in the acute phase of depression at multi-dimensional(clinical disorders, personality traits, growth experience, family environment, the overall function, etc.)and evaluated, which lays a solid foundation for making the solution for all-round psychotherapy
