Objective1.To understand the differences of cognitive function and mindfulness level between people with depressive disorder and normal people, and to provide a solid basis for psychological intervention.2.Introduce mindfulness cognitive therapy in the clinical pathway treatment of depressive disorder, try to formulate short-term mindfulness cognitive group psychotherapy program for depressive disorder in the acute inpatient period and verify its feasibility and effectiveness, enrich the method and content of psychotherapy for mental illness during inpatient period of clinical pathway.3.Validate and find the clinical value of the short-term and middle-term to depressive symptoms, cognitive function, mindfulness level, automatic thinking, and interactions of depressive disorder after the application of the mindfulness cognitive group psychotherapy programs.4.Through the subjective feedback of patients and their families, explore the impact of short-term mindfulness cognitive group psychotherapy program on doctor-patient relationship, improvement of parent-child relationship,self-perception of internal audit and other awareness development as an important influence to improve depression.Method1.Investigation and research: Use Dysfunctional Attitudes Scales(DAS),The Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire(ATQ),Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)to measure 60 new depressive disorder patients and 60 normal subjects who met the entry criteria of this study and then analyze the characteristics of depressive symptoms, negative thinking and mindfulness level of depressive disorders, and the differences with the normal population.2.Pre-experimental study: The developed short-range cognitive group psychotherapy program was applied to 20 patients with depression disorder, tested the science and feasibility of the experimental program, and revised and perfected, and finally formulated six group psychotherapy programs for patients with acute stage of clinical pathway, which are used for group psychotherapy in acute stage of clinical pathway of depression disorder.3.Intervention study: The present study applied the pre-and post-test design between groups, excluding the patients who dropped from the intervention, eventually the researcher divided 60 subjects into experimental group and control group(30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group).Subjects in the experimental group received six-times short-term mindfulness cognitive group psychotherapy program on the basis of the clinical pathway of depressive disorder during the acute inpatient period. At the time of discharge, the researcher used the scales mentioned above for post-intervention test, and analyzed the changes in each index before and after the intervention, and focus was placed on observing the differences in depression status, dysfunctional attitudes, automatic thinking and mindfulness levels between the two groups.Results1.Dysfunctional attitudes of people with depressive disorder are at a higher level and significantly higher than the normal population. The degree of automatic thinking of people with depressive disorder is at a relatively high level and is significantly higher than that of the normal population. The mindfulness level of people with depressive disorder is at a moderate level and is significantly lower than that of the normal population.2.Depressive patients were more frequent than the normal population in terms of total scores of dysfunctional attitudes, and automatic thinking(P <0.05),mindfulness level scores were lower than the normal population(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference between the depressive patients and the normal population in the degree of belief,description,non-judgment,and inaction of automatic thinking(P>0.05).3.There was a significant positive correlation between depressive symptoms and dysfunctional attitudes(P<0.01)and the frequency of automatic thinking(P<0.01);the frequency of automatic thinking was significantly positive correlated with the total scores of dysfunctional attitudes(P<0.01);the degree of belief in automatic thinking is not significantly related to the total score of dysfunction(P>0.05);the mindfulness level and HAMD(P<0.01),dysfunctional attitude(P<0.01),the frequency of automatic thinking(P)<0.01),and the degree of belief in automatic thinking(P<0.01)showed a significant negative correlation, and the degree of correlation was statistically significant.4.The level of mindfulness plays a role in partial mediating between dysfunctional attitudes and depressive symptoms, and the mediating effect accounts for 34.14% of thetotal effect. The level of mindfulness plays a role in the frequency of automatic thinking and depressive symptoms, and the mediating effect accounts for 19.93% percent of the total effect.5.Immediately after intervention of the short-term mindfulness cognitive group psychotherapy program, the experimental group's depression scores, the total scores of dysfunctional attitudes, and the degree of automatic thinking all improved, and the mindfulness level increased significantly(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the control group.6.After the experimental group receiving the group intervention for 6 weeks, comparing with before receiving it,the changes of mindfulness level, the depressive symptoms, dysfunctional attitudes, and the frequency of automatic thinking were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(mindfulness level, depressive symptoms, dysfunctional attitudes P<0.01;automatic thinking frequency P<0.01).7.After the experimental group receiving the group intervention for 6 weeks, comparing with after receiving it immediately, there was no significant difference in the changes of mindfulness level, depressive symptoms, dysfunctional attitudes, and the frequency of automatic thinking(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Depression symptoms,DAS and ATQ of depressive disorder patients were significantly higher than those of the normal population, and the mindfulness level was lower than that of the normal population.2.Depressive symptoms of depressive disorder were significantly positively correlated with negative cognition; There was a significant negative correlation between depressive symptoms and mindfulness level. There was also a significant negative correlation between negative cognition and mindfulness level.3.The mindfulness level plays a mediating role in negative cognitive and depressive symptoms. Therefore, improving mindfulness can improve negative emotion and reduce negative cognition.4.On the basis of the clinical pathway of depressive disorder treatment, the process group psychotherapy program could relieve the depression symptoms in the acute inpatient period, and at the same time the negative perception of dysfunctional attitude and automatic thinking is obviously improved. And can maintain long-term effect.5.The process group psychotherapy program is simple and easy to implement, and easy to promote and apply.6.During the inpatient period, patients and their family members have enough time to receive mindfulness plans. All of them had the motivation to actively participate in the growth and happiness experience.
