At present,many cities in the country will develop cultural and creative industries included in the local economic and social development plan,around the cultural and creative industrial park also have to build,as mushroomed.Cultural and creative industrial park how to locate itself,should be built into what kind of play what kind of role,the best to achieve economic and social benefits of unity,to avoid homogeneity and inefficiency,worthy of continuous practice and exploration.Based on the analysis of the present situation of Xiamen M State-owned Culture Park,this paper analyzes the experiences and constraints in the development of Xiamen M State-owned Culture Park,and further combines the macro-micro environment faced by Xiamen M State-owned Culture Park,and uses SWOT method to elaborate Xiamen M State-owned culture in the development of the opportunities and threats facing.This paper studies the market orientation,management and operation mode,marketing and management information system which is conducive to the development of Xiamen M State-owned Culture Park,through the analysis of the actual market by referring to the advanced experience of domestic and foreign cultural and creative industrial park The contents of the Xiamen M State-owned culture to enhance the reference,and put forward the park's development strategy and strategy for the implementation of security,while the development of cultural and creative industries in Xiamen City also has some reference significance.
