Discourse reading is an important cognitive activity that people express emotions in daily life.The study of emotional events in discourse has always been a hot topic of concern to cognitive researchers.At present,the study of emotional events in discourse reading focuses on the study of memory processing mechanism,and intentional forgetting paradigm is also an effective research paradigm for the exploration of memory processing mechanism.Intentional forgetting paradigm mainly includes item method and list method,in which explores the psychological mechanism of the differences in the test scores of the items under different instruction(memory instruction and forgetting instruction),and the text of the emotional events of the processing way is different from the processing way of independent emotional pictures and emotional words.What kind of influence does intentional forgetting instruction on the memory of the emotional events(emotional effects,story acts,etc.)in the discourse? In order to solve these problems,this paper uses multi-factor experiment design to explore the influence of intentional forgetting instruction delayed and real-time two different presentation modes on the recall of emotional events in discourse.In experiment 1,the intentional forgetting instruction is delayed presentation.The result shows that the intentional forgetting instruction will hinder the recall of the emotional events in the discourse.This obstruction is different in the emotional events of different nature.That is to say,there are no significant differences between with label and without label.The blocking effect of the central event is less than the marginal event.In experiment 2,Instruction is real-time presentation,the results show that intentional forgetting instructions will also discourage the recall of emotional events in the discourse,this obstacle in the different nature of the emotional events in the role is different.That is,the blocking effect on the tagged event is less than that of the non-tagged event and the central event less than the edge event.The results of the comprehensive study can be concluded that the emotional events in the discourse reading are characterized by the representation of the context model,but intentional forgetting instruction has hindered the recovery of the extraction of emotional events,even if there are clues,they would not eliminate the prompt;For different nature of the emotional events,intentional forgetting instructions on the size of the obstruction is different;In the same nature of the emotional events,if intentional forgetting instructions present in different ways,the size of the obstruction is different.
