Because women were oppressed doubly by the ancient patriarchy feminist ethics and the western take man as human moral development standard.Gilligan carried out three kinds of program:abortion decision program,academician program and power and duty program.She find that women have a different voice,that care.They are good at linking up themselves and the world then highlight the value of care.They think moral is an achievement of care and to avoid hurts.Gilligan divided the feminist care moral into three stages:pay attention to the survival of the stage,focus on the good stage and focus on really phase.By analysing the differences between male and female on moral,extruding that the characteristics and advantages of female care.Differ from the tendency of male moral---separation,norm and justice,female prefer to establish and maintain the relationship and they are good at building situation to solve moral problem.Many feminist support Gilligan's the theory of care,but also some scholars put forward their questions on the relation of gender and moral,justice and care.To those questions,Gilligan puts her own answers,care is only a supplement to justice and we can make or care or justice moral choice as well as external and objective factors.The important is that we would see the male and female at the tendency of moral value,the way of thinking of moral or the development model of moral judgment have highly differences.We can't take a part for the whole.We should admit the care-instinct of women,and respect the relationship between justice and caring,which is independent and dependent.Because whether it is a kind of perspective,it is a kind of interpretation and answer of moral.
