A Research On The Relationship Among The Perceived Social Support,Sense Of Coherence,Coping Efficacy And Perceived Stress Of The Universities' Students

This article uses the method of questionnaire survey.The questionnaires,including Perceived Social Suppot Scale,Sense Of Coherence-13(SOC-13 Chinese version),Coping Efficacy Scale and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale,were employed to investigate 450 colleges students from Hebei university of technology,Hebei agricultural university,Yanshan university,Hebei north university in grade four,freshman and sophomore,junior and senior conduct research.This research adopts the statistical methods of descriptive statistics and regression analysis,to understand the four universities in hebei province college students' perceived social support,sense of coherence,coping efficacy and perceived stress of the status quo,and selects the advanced statistical analysis methods of structural equation model to discuss college students' perceived social support,sense of coherence,coping efficacy,and the relationship between perceived stress.The results showed that:(1)450 college students,in perceived social support on average 5.16,higher than the reference value of 4,falls within the scope of high grades,the overall perceived social support is on the high side;In sense of coherence on the average of 4.27,higher than the reference value of 4,belong to medium range,the overall level of sense of coherence needs to be improved;On the coping efficacy of mean value of 2.98,higher than the reference value of 2.5,belongs to the medium range,the overall level of the operational effectiveness remains to be improved;In perceived stress on average 1.62,lower than the reference value of 2,belong to medium range,perceived stress level is good.(2)College students' perceived social support significant difference on grade variables,there is no significant difference in other demographic variables.(3)College students' sense of coherence does not exist significant differences in demographic variables.(4)College students' coping efficacy were no significant differences in demographic variables.(5)College students' perceived stress does not exist significant differences in demographic variables.(6)College students' perceived social support,sense of coherence,coping efficacy,there were significant correlation between perceived stress.perceived social support and perceived stress were significantly negatively correlated(p<0.001);sense of coherence and perceived stress has significant negative correlation(p<0.001);coping efficacy and perceived stress has significant negative correlation(p < 0.001);perceived social support and sense of coherence has significant positive correlation(p < 0.001);perceived social support and coping efficacy was significantly positive correlation(p<0.001);sense of coherence and coping efficacy was significantly positive correlation(p<0.001).(7)College students' perceived social support,sense of coherence,coping efficacy has significant negative prediction function on perceived stress.(8)College students' sense of coherence plays a intermediary role between perceived social support and perceived stress.(9)College students' coping efficacy plays a intermediary role between perceived social support and perceived stress.(10)College students' sense of coherence,coping efficacy piay a chain intermediary role between perceived social support and perceived stress.
