The Relationship Research Of College Students' Life Events And Trait Anxiety: The Mesomeric Effect Of Ruminant And The Regulating Effect Of Emotion Regulation Self-efficacy

Purpose:Discussing the relationship of ruminant and emotion regulation self-efficacy between college students' life events and trait anxiety.This way could help us know more about the mental mechanism of college students' life events and trait anxiety.Methods: Screen out 600 questionnaires in Harbin and mudanjiang by random stratified method.There are 479 various questionnaires in total.Measuring the level of ruminant,emotion regulation self-efficacy,college students' life events and trait anxiety by adolescent life events scale(ASLEC),emotion regulation self-efficacy scale(RES),Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS),trait anxiety inventory(STAI).SPSS21.0,MPLUS7.0 to be used analysising data.Results:(1)Among the life events,ruminant,emotion regulation self-efficacy and trait anxiety,results show the significant correlation between them.(2)Life events,ruminant and the mediation effect of trait anxiety model fitting is good;Life events,emotional regulation self-efficacy,and the regulating effect of trait anxiety model fitting is good.(3)Among life events,emotion regulation self-efficacy,ruminant and trait anxiety,we can presented a mixed model including both a mediated moderator and a moderated mediator and the model fitting is good.Conclusion:(1)Life events,ruminant can significant positively predict the trait anxiety and emotion regulation self-efficacy can significant negatively predict the trait anxiety.(2)Life events achieve the part influence of trait anxiety need by ruminant and partial intermediary role of ruminant is established.(3)Life events,emotion regulation self-efficacy,ruminant and trait anxiety regulate mediation model was established,and the effect impact on the first path way of mesomeric effect.
