Music Therapy Qualitative Study Of Speech Disorder Alzheimer's Disease

Alzheimer's disease is refers to the people in old age because of the growth of the age and the body function of the degradation of various kinds of dementia syndrome,including vascular dementia,alzheimer's disease,mixed dementia and other symptoms of alzheimer's disease,etc.But alzheimer's is not a homology of simple disease,its pathogenesis and disease cause in areas such as the medical profession is not a scientific explanation,so still lack of therapeutic intervention.This study chose five representative mild-to-moderate alzheimer's patients as the research object,the treatment of the individual,group therapy,and the combination form of treatment,in view of the five patients with memory impairment,speech disorder and cognitive dysfunction such as nerve symptoms of mental intervention,and using qualitative research methods,through the method of literature study,observation and data analysis in theory and in practice.Through the implementation of the music therapy activities,combined with the observation and data analysis and discussion,finally summarizes the conclusions of this study was: music therapy with the method of treatment of the individual and group therapy,not only to the case of speech disorders have different degrees of improvement,but also produced some effect in group therapy,effectively promote the patients' social ability,communication ability and the development of interpersonal relationship.Fieldwork in the process of the research through the qualitative method,the alzheimer's patients daily life state and process,real and effective understanding of the patient's environment and the influence of environment upon them.Speech disorder intervention for patients with alzheimer's disease and improve the very difficult and complicated,the research of this paper is based on music therapy as a preliminary study of the alzheimer's disease,and obtained a certain result,at the same time of alzheimer's patients families and society to cooperate,also on the improvement of the treatment effects play an important positive role.Finally,the author made a summary of the research,and hope music therapy can get further development in our country,music therapy industry system more perfect,in order to better serve the healthy and harmonious development of human society.
