A Study On Yang Lun And His Dushi Jingquan

Among all the annotations of Du Fu's poetry in Qing dynasty,Qian Zhu Dushi by Qian Qianyi,Dugongbu Shiji Jizhu by Zhu Heling,Dushi Xiangzhu by Qiu Zhaoao,Dudu Xinjie by Pu Qilong,and Dushi Jingquan by Yang Lun are the best ones.As the latest one of the 5 above,Dushi Jingquan absorbed advantages of the former 4 books and was famous for being concise,thus become the best of all.Dushi Jingquan come out not only because Yang Lun was edified by the Literary Environment of favoring for PiLing poem and Du Fu's poem and learned a lot from previous poetics,but also because the development of poetics in Ming and Qing dynasty required an annotation like this.Therefore,the backbone of this thesis is to present the books Yang Lun referenced and Dushi Jingquan‘s absorption of former books,thus to show its status and specificity in the annotations of Du Fu's poetry.Since Du Fu's poetry,an important part of poetics system in Ming and Qing dynasty,was greatly affected by the poetic thought then,I also interpret Dushi Jingquan with poetic concepts like “Transformation of Poem Style”,"by the Meaning against the Will",“Poems Record History” and “Tang Poem and Song Poem are different”,thus interpreting Dushi Jingquan in a more broaden poetics system.As Yang Lun is a both an annotation specialist and a poet,I finally compared his poetry Jiuboshanfang Shi with Dushi Jingquan,the result of which illustrates his cyclical process of annotating and learning writing from Du Fu's poetry,thus deeply exploring the relationship between his poetic ideas,poetry writing with his study for Du Fu's poetry.
