With the rapid development of the global economy,the cultural tourism industry as a new industry is gradually concerned by the global,rational planning and use of effective marketing strategy is the key to the sustainable development of cultural tourism industry.As a historical and cultural city,All the research work for Idioms of Handan City originated in Zhao culture research,and its idioms allusion collection,finishing work gradually extended to Handan history of the various periods.Idiomaticity of Handan City as one of the characteristics of tourism culture,Handan City has become the opening of the brand culture with the window.To build Handan City the brand of "idiom of the town" has been recognized and accepted by more and more domestic and foreign experts,scholars.Therefore,according to the reality of cultural tourism industry,the development of Handan City idiom culture tourism industry marketing strategy for the sustainable development of cultural industries to make a comprehensive implementation of the program,effectively change its development capacity and competitiveness in order to better respond National cultural tourism industry to provide an opportunity for fierce market competition.This paper uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the cultural tourism of the idioms in Handan City,and analyzes the four aspects of political law,economic environment,social culture and science and technology environment from four aspects: the management of management,strategic management and human resource management.Secondly,this paper analyzes and develops the marketing strategy of cultural tourism industry in Handan City.Through the analysis of the market of Handan's cultural tourism industry,this paper puts forward the analysis and discussion on the marketing strategy combination of experience-based marketing Finally,through the efforts to build Handan "idioms allusions" brand,to promote the development of cultural and economic strategy,summed up Handan City idiom culture tourism industry marketing strategy implementation and control.
