allows the medical students career development pattern change.Make full use of resources around,and balance in all aspects of individual career development,tap their own potential to adapt to the social pressure of flat organization structure,as is about to enter society of medical students in higher vocational colleges and vocational teachers increasingly attention hot spot.Time as the carrier of personal career,witnessed the growth and development of the modern people and the pursuit of self-realization,also restricts the career development space and a long-term,effective time management and distribution to make people get a higher quality of life,happiness,also shaped the career development of more long-term,delicate,and travel aimlessly will only let the time quietly lost in life to make a chill.Career psychological resources as a personal work related psychological and behavioral attributes set,with the passage of time gradually formed,clear and more stable,it affects the development of the career,for professional,outstanding professional group of medical students,career psychological resources role even more significant.Time management tendency to reflect the individual time management consciousness,monitoring level and efficiency,in the process of career time management disposition decide the quality of the various aspects in each stage of his career,will be 20%of the time and effort devoted to the career,the most important events,can effectively cope with the vast majority of his career.Time management disposition is career psychological resources formation and shape of the most important factors.Therefore,to help people improve time management effectiveness,so as to enhance the level of career psychological resources to promote the career development of the medical students is of great significance.Many domestic scholars have gradually in-depth focus on the object of time management tendency,the research achievements of vocational medical students groups than little understanding of career,many scholars focus on career planning,career change and its related factors of the personality traits of interest for career psychological resources is low.Foreign scholars study of career psychological resources but for ten years,and the localization of career psychological resources exploration has just started,and found no study of medical students.As higher vocational education workers medical college,I looked for the higher vocational medical students' time management disposition and career psychological resources characteristics and interaction.This study on the questionnaire survey was conducted among 321 medical college students in fujian province,to explore the medical students' time management disposition and career psychological resources level of the status quo,discusses under the different levels of demographic factors,mental resources and the dimension of time management disposition and career differences.On the basis of further explore the medical students time management disposition and career psychological resources level of relationship.Aims to improve the level of higher vocational medical students' time management disposition,promote the improvement of higher vocational medical students career psychological resources,promote the career development of higher vocational medical students.This study has obtained certain achievement,provide the basis for future research.The study found that:(1)The higher vocational medical students' time management disposition and career psychological resources are in medium level slightly higher,there is a big room to improve.(2)The higher vocational medical students' time management disposition in the different grade,the students there were significant differences on the ground.On the grade,experienced clinical practice of medical students of junior grade "the concept of time monitoring","feedback" and "time distribution" is significantly higher than freshman and sophomore students;Junior students "feedback" is significantly higher than senior students;Junior students' time management disposition and total score "time management behavior effectiveness",and "self-efficacy" level is significantly higher than freshman and sophomore students:On students,rural students' sense of time value and its second-order dimension"social orientation" is significantly higher than urban students.(3)The higher vocational medical students career psychological resources in gender,grade,professional type,origin,is the only significant differences.On gender,the self and the other skills of male students scored significantly higher than girls;Medical students in grade three grade of "stability factor" is significantly higher than freshman,the sophomore and senior grade student,junior grade of medical students'social ability "is significantly higher than freshman;On the professional type,medical technology,clinical medical professional "self and other skills" significantly higher nursing specialty;Clinical medical students' career development "is significantly higher than the class nursing students;Medical technology of the "emotion" and adaptation is significantly higher than nursing,pharmacy,clinical medical professional,medical technology is significantly higher than nursing,and pharmacy specialty;On students,rural students' practical and creative skills”,"career development","self-esteem level is significantly higher than urban students;On whether or not the only,only students "practice and creation skills" and "career development" levels were higher than not only the students.(4)Studies have shown that higher vocational medical students' time management disposition and career psychology resources are significant positive correlation between each dimension.(5)The dimension of the higher vocational medical students' time management disposition of career psychological resources level has significant predict effect,time monitoring concept explanation for career psychological resources rate up to 47.9%.
