A Study On The Benefit-sharing Mechanism Of The Protection And Utilization Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Tujia Nationality In The West Of Hubei Province

China is a multi-ethnic country,each nation has a wealth of non-material cultural heritage,contains a profound cultural background of ethnic minorities.Tujia nationality non-material cultural heritage is the old tujia people in the long-term historical change of legacy to future generations of wealth,the production life of tujia people has a huge influence,tujia nationality non-material cultural heritage by tujia people as a "living culture" of the people.With the rapid development of modern economy,the living conditions of the intangible cultural heritage of minority by the huge impact,a variety of disappearance of intangible cultural heritage is facing crisis.Therefore,for the protection of the minority intangible cultural heritage is of great urgency,to effective development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage is a good way of protection,development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage is not only can promote the heritage better inheritance and development,also can produce huge economic value driven rapid economic growth,the ethnic minority areas.The development and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage involving multiple stakeholders,all stakeholders also have their own interests,in the development of intangible cultural heritage in the process of the hard to avoid can produce all kinds of conflicts and contradictions,because of the lack of scientific and reasonable benefit sharing mechanism,can lead to a conflict escalating.Therefore,to build a reasonable benefit sharing mechanism to promote the development of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and has very important significance.Based on the western hubei tujia non-material cultural heritage as the research object,trying to construct western hubei tujia non-material cultural heritage benefit sharing mechanism,discusses it from five parts.The first part is the theory analysis and the analysis of concept,focus on the introduction of stakeholder theory,game theory,equilibrium theory and the personality theory,provides a solid theoretical foundation to the research of this paper.The second part is aimed at foreign minority intangible cultural heritage protection and utilization of benefit sharing machine is analyzed,and put forward some valuable experience for reference.The third part is about the situation of the western hubei tujia non-material cultural heritage a brief overview,and western hubei tujia non-material cultural heritage in the benefit sharing problems.The fourth part is the key part of this article,based on theory of stakeholders,stakeholders of non-material cultural heritage has carried on the definition,classification,and determined the non-material cultural heritage the core stakeholders as a genetic carrier people investment,the local government departments,developers,tourists and residents,using the game theory analysis of the core conflict of interest between stakeholders,to the core game between stakeholders are detailed analyzed.The fifth part is the core part of this article,in this part,the game relation between core stakeholders to build the development mechanism of sharing the interests of the intangible cultural heritage,including the principle of benefit sharing mechanism and the implementation path.
