Discussion On Evil Writing Of Li Yongping's Novels

As a well-known Malaysian-Chinese writer in Taiwan in Chinese literary world,Li Yongping,his novels often observe human nature and social evils through the feature of memories of childhood and early youth or description of present situation.This paper aims to start from the perspective of "Evil Writing",analyze the writing development of Li Yongping,expound the evil writing in his novels,trace the origin of the creation of evil writing,and then explore the literary value of evil writing.This paper analyzes Li Yongping's evil writing mainly from three aspects.Firstly,it narrates the contents of evil writing from the following three angles:the evil impulse pushed by instinctive desire,the evil catharsis led by humanity depravity and the evil violence in specific context.Secondly,it discusses the origin of the creation of evil writing.It is the childhood experience and his personal pursuit in special cultural context that nourish his writing style collectively.Thirdly,it explores the literary value of "Evil Writing.The juxtaposition of narrative tension and examination of the ugly style simultaneously constitutes the novel unique aesthetic features.What's more,the practical significance of evil salvation and critical standpoint deepens evil writing,ultimately allow author to complete the common pursuit of spiritual salvation and literary breakthrough.
